New Features Added - Fall 2026
Since your last fundraiser, we've added a few things worth knowing about before you dive back in:
Leaderboard
Students and chairpeople can now see live rankings - a built-in way to spark friendly competition or keep an eye on leaders for any incentives you've set up, no extra setup required.
Video Clipping Tool
Once a student uploads their video, they can trim it to the perfect length right from their dashboard - no extra software needed.
Donor Nudge
When a student is close to hitting their goal, their donation form now gently nudges donors to help close the gap.
A Couple of Reminders
Re-enter your payment info. Head to the Details tab and add it again - this has to be done for every new fundraiser, even if you've run one with us before.
Returning students should log in, not sign up fresh. They'll still use the same sign-up link, but should log into their existing account instead of creating a new one - that way they can transfer over their contacts from last time instead of entering them all again.

Essential Steps
Hold a Pre-Kickoff Meeting
Before kickoff, every student needs to sign up, upload their Pitch and WiddyUP videos, and enter their contacts. A pre-kickoff meeting - in person if you can, remote if you can't - is the best way to make that happen: bring a small treat like candy, and get it all done together while everyone's in one place.
Run a Friendly Competition
Divide your group into teams and reward the winners - a sweet treat for every student who signs up and enters at least 2 contacts keeps everyone in the game. Bonus: once you raise $1,000, we'll automatically send four $25 gift cards for you to hand out, no need to ask.
Know Your Numbers
We see an average donation of $54. The more contacts your students enter - email and mobile - the more donations you'll see. Use the calculator below to see what it takes to hit your goal.
